Terms, Freight, and Return Policies

Price Schedule:
As an established dealer, buying in volume, you will be supplied with a Southwest Distributing merchandise catalog. All prices are list prices, subject to discount. These prices are subject to change without notice.

Freight Policy:
Southwest Distributing has its own fleet of delivery vehicles. The standard charge for delivery is $3.00 per one way mile with exceptions for preseason program orders and others. Delivery with escort vehicle is $4.00 per one way mile.

Labor:
Assembly charges vary depending on the machine.

Return Policy:
Southwest Distributing charges a 15% restocking fee. Authorization must be received to return goods and you must pre-pay the freight.
