| Discount Structure: | Southwest Distributing's standard discount is as follows: 20% trade discount, plus a 5% discount if paid within 10 days of invoice date, Net due in 30 days. An extra 5% discount is given on an order of 3 or more wholegood units of the same manufacturer. Discounts are not given on freight or labor. Southwest Distributing also offers pre-season program discounts with special terms on quantity and dating. | Freight Policy: | Southwest Distributing has its own fleet of delivery vehicles. The standard charge for delivery is $1.50 per one way mile with exceptions for preseason program orders and others. Delivery with escort vehicle is $2.25 per one way mile. |
| Labor: | Assembly charges vary depending on the machine. |
| Return Policy: | Southwest Distributing charges a 15% restocking fee. Authorization must be received to return goods and you must pre-pay the freight. |
