| Freight Policy: | Southwest Distributing has its own fleet of delivery vehicles. The standard charge for delivery is $2.00 per one way mile with exceptions for preseason program orders and others. Delivery with escort vehicle is $3.50 per one way mile. |

| Return Policy: | Southwest Distributing charges a 15% restocking fee. Authorization must be received to return goods and you must pre-pay the freight. |
