Q) Why are the top catalog tabs not lined up correctly?
Q) Why does the top part of the page have a scroll bar?
A) Please view this tutorial on changing screen resolution.
Make sure the browser window is maximized.
If that doesn't work, make sure you are viewing the appropriate version of the catalog:
800x600 Version
640x480 Version
Q) Why do the price pages not work?
A) If you do not have Microsoft Excel or a spreadsheet viewer, the price pages will not work.
Click here for instructions on installing a spreadsheet viewer available on the CD.
Q) Why do the price pages not print / print an error message?
A) If you are using the spreadsheet viewer you cannot print while viewing the price page.
If you wish to print the page, right-click on the link and Print Target.
